FARMER: This tea comes from small tea growers in Rajagarh area of Udalguri district, Assam. Tea is the main source of livelihood here. Iron Kettle works closely with these smalll estate owners to help them grow better leaf and get better prices.
TEA: This blend of Assam CTC tea and assorted dried spices brings you a rich aromatic, spicy cup of tea.
TASTE: Cardamom and pepper bring out the spicy-sweet notes that are further enhanced by the other spices, leaving a linger sweet aftertaste.
Steeping Notes: Use 2-3g per 110ml of water. Water should be at 90-95C. Pour water over tea and steep for 2-4 minutes. Add milk and sweetner based on your requirement.
