1. No sound from the microphone.
A. Please make sure all cables are well connected;
B. Please make sure your headphone has a microphone. PC default path:Setting-Microphone-Allow accessing to your microphone;
C. Please make sure the Record on your PC sound settings is set to “FosiAudio K5 Pro”. PC default path: Sound settings-Record. Choose “FosiAudio K5 Pro”;D. Please make sure the K5 Pro is in USB input mode. In optical/coaxialinput mode, the K5 Pro DOES NOT support microphone;E.Please make sure the microphone permission is enabled on the audiosource device.
2. Why it can not be turned on when connecting to a PS5 ?
The USB cable included in the package has two forms. Please use Type-Cto Type-C form to connect the K5 Pro to your PS5’s Type-C port on thefront panel. For some PS5 models, the K5 Pro cannot be powered on if youuse the Type-A to Type-C form to connect.
3. Can l connect to TVs and many gaming consoles, as well as PC andMAC?
