How To Use Sprout Maker Box Jar For Hygienic, Fast And Crunchy Sprouts – Step By Step Guide

SOAK OVERNIGHT!

Fill the sprout maker with less than 1/3rd beans and fill up with clean water. If you are sprouting methi seeds or other seeds, normally 4 table spoons is enough. Leave overnight soaking

DRAIN!

In morning fully drain out the water from the jar. And put in slanting position on the special inbuilt sprout-me stand for further drainage a few minutes.Then put jar in standing position for optimum aeration. And always keep the sprout maker in a dark place / out of light.

RINSE & DRAIN TWICE DAILY!

This is very important for optimum germination and nutrition for the sprouts. It’s also a way to reduce risk of any contamination and whats makes the sprout-me sprout maker a more hygienic way to sprout. Always put the jar in slanting position few mins to drain out excess water.

WATCH THEM GROW!

Repeat the rinse and drain process twice daily until your beans have fully germinated with long roots! We recommend using at least 2-3 sprout-me jars so that you can always sprout
