Suitable for everyday cooking, this cold pressed cooking oil works well for Indian and Western recipes, including sautéing, frying, roasting, grilling, and baking. JIVO Canola Oil contains a balanced fat composition with low saturated fat, a high proportion of monounsaturated fats, and omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids present in canola seeds. Its fat composition includes 8% saturated fat, 65% monounsaturated fat, and 27% polyunsaturated fat. Fortified with Vitamins A & D, it blends well with a variety of cuisines without overpowering the flavour of food. Available in a convenient canola oil 1 ltr + 1 ltr pack, it is a practical choice for households that cook regularly.
