Dr. Harvansh Chawla is a distinguished legal luminary and Founder & Managing Partner of K. R. Chawla & Co., with over three decades of experience in international law and corporate jurisprudence. Admitted to the Bar Council of India in 1994, Mr. Chawla has established himself as a pioneer in infrastructure privatisation and cross-border transactions. Beyond legal practice, he has been conferred the Honorary Doctorate in Law (Honoris Causa) by Chicago Open University, USA, in recognition of his work in the legal profession and his continued engagement with issues of governance, policy, and international cooperation. He holds prominent global and institutional leadership positions, including Chairman of the BRICS Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Chairman of Fiscaltown Alternative Investment Fund (Category II AIF), Chairman of the Federation of Directors and Corporate (FDC), Co-Chairman (India) of the World Cricket Council, Chairman of the International Punjabi Forum, Chairman of TNN World (OTT) News Channel, Chairman & Chief Patron of Rishal Music Trust, and Representative Member on the Academic Board of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). A dedicated academic contributor and philanthropist, he serves on multiple prestigious boards and continues to support initiatives in education, cultural preservation, and social welfare. Karina Chawla is a final-year student of law at the National Law University, Delhi. Her academic interests include constitutional law, criminal law, and international arbitration. She is actively involved in student initiatives at NLU Delhi, including the Centre for Alternate Dispute Resolution, and is associated with international arbitration networks such as Young ICCA and Indian Women in International Arbitration. A graduate of Modern School, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi. She has also been active in debating and literary activities during her academic career. Ojjus Chawla is a law student at Jindal Global Law School. His academic interests include civil law, arbitration, and legal research. During his studies he has interned with legal practitioners in New Delhi, gaining exposure to litigation and arbitration practice. Educated at Modern School, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi. He represents a younger generation of students engaging with law, governance, and public life.
