How to prepare Magic Masala Noodles?

Step 1

Add the YiPPie! round block and water as per instruction on pack. Make sure to not break the block.

Step 2

Add masala mix. Turn the block over to soak up all noodle strands.

Step 3

Cook for 3 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

YiPPee! Alfredo Sauce

Prep time: 5 min

Cook time: 10 min

Ingredient list

For garnish:,1 Packet YiPPee! Noodles, Water: As required, Butter:½ cup, Garlic (finely chopped):½ tbsp, Onions (finely chopped):½ cup, Cream (full fat):1 cup

Parmesan (grated):½ cup, Salt: As per taste

Black pepper powder:½ tbsp, Parsley (chopped)

Method

Heat a pan & add water. Bring it to a boil.

Add some oil and the YiPPee! Noodles and YiPPee! Masala. Cook the noodles until al-dente & keep them aside. In a slightly heated pan, add butter. Keep stirring the butter or else it will burn. Next, add the chopped garlic and onions. Saute. Add the cream and let the sauce simmer. Add the grated parmesan cheese and mix until it completely melts. Next, add salt and black pepper powder. Keep in mind that parmesan is salty in taste. Add salt with care. Let the sauce simmer for 5 min or until it thickens. To assemble, place the noodles on a plate. Top it with the Alfredo sauce. Grate some cheese on top. Finally, garnish with some chopped parsley.

YiPPee! Stuffed Cups

For noodles: 1 Packet YiPPee! Noodles, Water: As required Egg: 1, Salt: As per taste

Black pepper powder: 1 tbsp

For stuffing: Cherry tomatoes (halved): ½ cup, Mozzarella cheese (grated): As required, Black olives (sliced): 1 tbsp, Basil leaves: For garnish, Mixed herbs: For garnish

Method

Heat a pan and add water. Bring it to a boil.

Add YiPPee! Noodles and YiPPee! Masala. Cook the noodles until al-dente and cool them. In a bowl, break open an egg.

Add salt and black pepper powder. Add the cooked noodles into the mixture and mix properly. Grease a muffin tray with oil and add the noodle mixture into each slot. Try to make them in the shape of cups. Pre-heat your oven and bake at 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Once the YiPPee! cups are cooked, top them with mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, olives. Bake again until the cheese melts. Garnish with mixed herbs and basil leaves.

1 Packet YiPPee! Noodles, Water: As required, Bread crumbs: ½ cup, Onions (chopped): ¼ cup, Salt: As per taste, Mixed herbs: 2 tsp, Black pepper powder: 1 tsp, Potatoes (boiled and mashed): 1 cup, Eggs: 2 Parmesan cheese: 1 tbsp, Pizza sauce: As required, Mozzarella cheese: As required

Method

Heat a pan and add water. Bring it to a boil. Add YiPPee! Noodles and YiPPee! Masala. Cook the noodles until al-dente and let them cool. In a mixing bowl, add butter, breadcrumbs, onions, salt, mixed herbs, black pepper powder, and boiled mashed potatoes. Mix everything together and bake for 10 minutes. Next, add the cooked noodles, egg, melted butter, grated parmesan cheese, and mix. Top the pie base with pizza sauce, grated mozzarella cheese, and the noodles mixture. Add more of the pizza sauce and the grated mozzarella on top. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until the noodles turn crisp. Garnish with mixed herbs.
